Lightgrove Group has the experience. We have over $35MM in AUM across multifamily, commercial, and single family. We are responsible, and only invest in sound assets that can cash flow on acquisitions.
In this turbulent market, we are always underwriting conservatively. We value transparency, and understand the importance of building trust. We want our investors to understand why we're passionate about the assets we're acquiring. We will always be the first ones to tell you about the weaknesses of the property, and are available to answer any questions you might have.

Principal
Nick Liman
Nick has been in the finance industry for over 9 years. He has worked as a senior analyst through manager for multiple Fortune 500/Global 500 firms as well as in the commercial banking industry. He also regularly consults for private equity firms and syndicators across DFW. Nick has also been in the real estate industry as a single family home investor and commercial asset holder for 8 years. He has been a General Partner, Sponsor, and Capital Raiser on over 300 units with $35MM AUM.

Hector Aguirre II
Hector is a highly skilled professional with expertise in site research and analysis. He holds a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and a master's degree in biomimicry, and has experience in both commercial and residential development. Hector has been involved in private research and design initiatives for sustainable highway and parking lot designs, and his background in research and development has equipped him with the skills to find optimal strategies that lead to lucrative investments. Hector is a dedicated professional who is passionate about sustainable design and finding solutions to complex challenges, helping others develop strong real estate portfolios.

Johnathan has been a restauranteur for over 10 years, successfully building up several restaurants. He has been in real estate for over 5 years and is an expert at creative finance & negotiating with sellers.

Tang Nguyen
Tang has been an entrepreneur since 2005. Marketing sales, and proeprty management are his specialties. He has been in real estate investment since 2016. He completed 400+ real estate transactions, and has done 100+ single-family rehabs. During and after the pandemic, Tang noticed the growing trend for RVs and recreational living and a need for affordable housing. He’s been in the mobile home space since 2020 and has contributed to dozens of new mobile home sales. He will oversee the operations and marketing to ensure the asset is stabilized as quickly as possible. He is a partner of the Odd Brothers and has a portfolio consisting of over 50 units.

Eric Kane
Eric has a background in oil field maintenance operations and heavy equipment maintenance with combined management experience of over 8 years. He then transitioned to real estate investing in 2017 with 100+ single-family rehabs under his belt. He has recently been coordinating the purchase and installation of new mobile homes on land to add to their rental portfolio. He is a partner of the Odd Brothers and has a portfolio consisting of over 50 units.
Operations Strategist
Julio Gonzalez
Julio Gonzalez served as an Army infantry soldier and a Marine Corps pilot across 24 years. He flew combat missions in Iraq, commanded Marines in Afghanistan, and coordinated air missions in Syria. He is the founder and president of Head Strong & Ready, a nonprofit providing mental health services to veterans. He is part owner of 2 apartment buildings, 1 raw land development, and an industrial service facility, all in Texas. In 2023 Julio brought his operational planning experience to the team in managing Firetower RV Park in Conroe, TX, and will focus on marketing for Talladega Knights RV Park. Julio is the principal of Task Force Capital.
