Why Apartments ?

Multifamily housing has been one of the hottest asset classes in the past two years. Due to the economic resiliency and housing affordability crisis, value-add class C and B apartments have been great for getting solid returns to the investor and appreciation in a compressed and competitive market.

Economic Demand

There is a high demand for more affordable housing. We also anticipate a large glut of Class A with how many Class A builds are being brought online in 2023. As such, Lightgrove targets Class C and B value add apartments.
